This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all digital network consulting, assessment, planning, configuration guidance, optimization, auditing, and documentation services purchased through this website. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the terms described below.
All services offered through this website are exclusively digital. No physical products are sold, shipped, delivered, installed, collected, exchanged, or returned. Services may include customized network blueprints, architecture plans, Wi-Fi optimization reports, network security configuration guides, VPN access plans, performance audit reports, diagrams, checklists, recommendations, implementation instructions, and other electronically prepared materials.
Because the services are digital and may be customized using information supplied by the customer, the traditional return process applicable to physical goods does not apply. A completed PDF report, digital blueprint, personalized guide, diagram, assessment, or other electronic deliverable cannot be physically returned after it has been created and delivered.
Customers should review the service description carefully before submitting an order. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the appropriate service, provide accurate information, confirm that the requested service is suitable for their needs, and ensure that they have the software or device required to open standard digital documents.
A customer may request cancellation and a full refund if the request is submitted through the contact form before work on the order has begun. Once research, analysis, planning, document preparation, network evaluation, diagram creation, consultation work, or any other part of the service has started, the order is considered in progress and may no longer qualify for a full refund.
If work has started but the final deliverable has not yet been completed, a partial refund may be considered. The refundable amount will depend on the portion of the service that has not yet been performed. Payment processing charges, completed analysis, administrative preparation, research time, customized planning, and any materials already created may be deducted from the refund.
After the completed digital service or deliverable has been supplied, refunds are generally not available, except where the service is materially defective, substantially different from the purchased description, not delivered, duplicated due to a payment error, or where a refund is otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
A refund may be approved when the customer was charged more than once for the same order. In the case of a verified duplicate payment, the additional payment will be refunded to the original payment method. A duplicate order intentionally placed for a different location, network, device group, office, or business requirement will not be treated as an accidental duplicate.
A refund may also be considered when payment was processed successfully but the order was not received by the service provider because of a technical website or payment system error. The customer must provide sufficient transaction information through the contact form so that the payment and order status can be verified.
If the completed digital deliverable is not received within the stated delivery period, the customer should first submit a message through the contact form. Delivery problems caused by an incorrect email address, a full inbox, spam filtering, blocked attachments, customer-side security settings, unavailable cloud storage, or failure to check the provided delivery location do not automatically qualify for a refund. The deliverable will be resent or provided through another reasonable digital delivery method whenever possible.
Technical difficulty opening, viewing, downloading, or saving a digital file does not automatically mean that the service was not delivered. When a file is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, or supplied in an unusable format, the customer must report the issue through the contact form. A corrected or replacement file will normally be provided before a refund is considered.
A refund may be approved if the delivered report, blueprint, guide, or assessment is materially incomplete and does not contain substantial elements expressly included in the service description at the time of purchase. Minor formatting differences, design choices, wording preferences, document length expectations not stated before purchase, or disagreement with the professional presentation of the material do not normally make a deliverable defective.
When information in a deliverable contains a clear factual, structural, or technical error caused during preparation, the customer should describe the issue through the contact form. A reasonable correction or revision will normally be offered. A refund may be considered if a significant verified error cannot be corrected within a reasonable period or makes the main deliverable unusable for its stated purpose.
A refund may be considered if the customer receives a service that is materially different from the service purchased. This does not include reasonable professional adjustments made to suit the customer’s network, workspace, devices, security requirements, team structure, or available technical information.
A mistaken purchase, accidental order, selection of the wrong service, failure to read the description, change of mind, change of project plans, internal business decision, budget change, loss of interest, or decision not to use the delivered materials does not normally qualify for a refund after work has begun. Customers should contact the service provider immediately through the contact form when an ordering mistake occurs.
If the wrong service was purchased but work has not started, the payment may be transferred to another available service of equal value. If the replacement service costs more, the customer may be required to pay the difference. If it costs less, any difference will be handled according to the circumstances of the order and applicable law.
Refunds are not normally granted because the customer expected physical installation, on-site network deployment, equipment delivery, direct router access, remote control of devices, software installation, emergency technical support, continuous network monitoring, or ongoing network administration. The purchased services provide digital analysis, plans, instructions, recommendations, and documentation unless a service description expressly states otherwise.
The customer remains responsible for implementing all recommendations. The services do not include physical installation or guaranteed implementation by the service provider. A refund will not be issued solely because the customer, an employee, an external technician, an internet provider, or another third party was unable or unwilling to implement the supplied recommendations.
Refunds are not available solely because the customer does not own the recommended equipment, does not have administrator access, cannot change router or firewall settings, uses unsupported or outdated hardware, lacks required technical knowledge, or is restricted by an internet service provider, employer, landlord, building administrator, managed IT provider, or third-party platform.
Network performance and availability can be affected by factors outside the service provider’s control, including internet service quality, building structure, interference, local cabling, equipment condition, device limitations, service outages, third-party software, firmware updates, regional infrastructure, user activity, and configuration changes made after delivery. A refund will not be granted solely because the customer does not achieve a particular speed, coverage level, latency, uptime, security outcome, or performance improvement.
Recommendations concerning routers, switches, access points, VPN solutions, software, subscriptions, service providers, or other third-party products are based on the information available when the service is prepared. Changes in price, availability, compatibility, licensing, product specifications, vendor policies, or technical support after delivery do not qualify the order for a refund.
Refunds are not available because a customer disagrees with a professional recommendation, prefers another network structure, chooses different equipment, receives different advice from a third party, or decides not to follow the supplied plan. Professional assessments and recommendations may involve judgment based on the information provided and do not guarantee that every customer or technician will reach the same conclusion.
A customer may request reasonable clarification when part of a delivered document is unclear. A request for clarification is not a refund request and does not create an entitlement to unlimited revisions, new analysis, additional diagrams, expanded project scope, or a different service.
If a limited revision is included in the purchased service, it must relate to the original information, requirements, and scope submitted with the order. Requests based on new office layouts, additional locations, different equipment, new user groups, altered security requirements, expanded device counts, infrastructure changes, or other information introduced after work began may require a separate order and are not grounds for a refund.
The accuracy of each service depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied by the customer. Refunds will not be issued when the deliverable is affected by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or withheld information, including inaccurate floor plans, wrong device details, incomplete network specifications, missing access restrictions, incorrect speed test results, or unreported technical limitations.
If the customer fails to provide information reasonably required to complete the service, the order may be paused. Failure to respond, abandonment of the project, repeated delays, or refusal to provide essential details does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. Any refund considered in such circumstances may be reduced to account for work already completed.
Refunds are not available for delays caused by the customer, late responses, incomplete questionnaires, inaccessible files, incorrect contact details, missing approvals, unavailability for required communication, or changes requested after the original delivery schedule was established.
A delay caused solely by the service provider may qualify for cancellation or a refund when the service has not yet been delivered and the revised completion time is no longer reasonable for the customer’s stated purpose. Minor delays, especially when caused by the need for additional information or technical clarification, do not automatically qualify for a refund.
A refund may be considered when the service provider determines that the requested work cannot be completed as described. If no meaningful work has been performed, a full refund may be issued. If part of the service has already been completed and can be delivered to the customer, a proportional refund may be offered for the unfinished portion.
Orders involving unlawful activity, unauthorized network access, misuse of credentials, circumvention of security controls, surveillance without proper authority, or any activity that cannot be supported responsibly may be refused or cancelled. Refund eligibility will depend on whether work has already been completed and whether the customer provided misleading information about the intended use of the service.
A payment made without the account holder’s authorization should be reported immediately through the contact form and to the relevant payment provider. Such claims may require identity, transaction, and authorization verification. Fraudulent claims, false payment disputes, or abuse of the refund process may result in refusal of future service.
Initiating a chargeback without first allowing a reasonable opportunity to investigate the issue may delay resolution. Customers are encouraged to submit the order details and an explanation through the contact form before opening a payment dispute. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Promotional discounts, coupon codes, special offers, bundled services, and reduced-price orders are subject to the same eligibility rules as full-price purchases. Any approved refund will normally be based on the amount actually paid rather than the standard price of the service.
Refunds will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service. Fees charged independently by banks, card issuers, payment processors, currency conversion providers, or other third parties may be non-refundable unless required by law.
All refund requests must be submitted through the contact form. The request should include the customer’s name, order information, payment date, purchased service, reason for the request, and any relevant screenshots, files, or technical details. Requests containing insufficient information may require additional verification before a decision can be made.
Each request will be reviewed individually. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. The review may consider the service description, delivery records, files supplied, work completed, customer communications, technical evidence, payment records, and any correction or replacement already offered.
When a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, currency, and country. The service provider is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions after the refund has been submitted.
Where applicable law grants the customer mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, repeat-performance, price-reduction, or other consumer rights, those rights remain unaffected. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
By purchasing a service, the customer acknowledges that the order is for a digital service rather than a physical product, that preparation may begin after the order is confirmed, and that refund eligibility may become limited once customized digital work has started or been delivered.
